By using add2calendr you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
1. What the service does
add2calendr reads a list of events from a web page you link or a screenshot you upload, shows the extracted events for review and editing, and — on your explicit confirmation — creates them in the Google Calendar of the account you connected. As an alternative you can download the same events as an .ics file. Each batch is tagged with a short code so you can find or remove it again.
2. Your responsibilities
You may only submit links or screenshots you are entitled to use, and you may not use the service to access content behind a paywall or login you do not have rights to, to scrape at scale, or to break any law. You are responsible for reviewing the extracted events before injecting them, and for the content that ends up in your calendar.
3. Accuracy — best effort, no guarantees
Extraction is automated and uses AI. Results can be incomplete, wrong, or misinterpreted (wrong dates, time zones, locations, or missing events). add2calendr is an effort-based service: no guarantee is given on accuracy, completeness, or availability. The review step exists precisely for this reason and skipping a proper check is at your own risk.
4. Calendar access
Events are only written after you connect a Google account and confirm the injection. The permission granted is used solely to create the events you approved. You can disconnect at any time in the app or via your Google account settings. Deleting events already created is done in your own calendar — the batch code makes that a single search.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is and may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance or because a third-party dependency (Google APIs, AI providers, hosting) changes or fails.
6. Acceptable use
No automated abuse, reverse engineering, attempts to bypass rate limits or security, and no use that would harm the service or other users. We may suspend access when these terms are breached.
7. Intellectual property
All rights to add2calendr, its code, design and underlying components remain with UnderdogDesign BV. The content you submit and the events created in your calendar remain yours.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, UnderdogDesign BV is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, missed appointments, loss of data or profit, downtime, or damage resulting from incorrect extraction, faulty input, or decisions based on automated output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim (which, for free use, is nil).
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page and applies from the moment it is posted.
11. Applicable law
Belgian law applies exclusively. Disputes are handled by the courts of the district of Brussels.
